Technasia returns with a new line-up, a new album and another LP that oozes quality…
“I deliberately avoided writing a record to reflect the current scene. I wanted to do something that would last, to simply compose music the way I want to, and to reflect my different musical tastes. After a year of hard work I’m very pleased – I have achieved everything I set out to do.” Technasia’s albums don’t come along too often, so when they do, their release always feels like a bit of an event. Central, the new one from Charles Siegling, is no diferent. For this album, Charles is going it alone, having amicably split from fellow Technasia founder Amil Khan, but the sound is still as good as ever. To find out more about the project, we spoke to Charles at his studio in Paris…
Central is out on Technasia Records on May 31. Visit www.technasia.com and www.myspace.com/technasia. And check out Technasia in the mix here…
