EQTV heads to the ADE for the launch of the Olmeca DJ school…
It’s been 20 years since Ferry Corsten started making waves in the music scene, and to mark those two decades, the Dutch DJ has teamed up with Olmeca tequila to launch a DJ school and competition to find a newcomer to support him on tour next year. The project, titled Be The DJ, has already found 13 students to join Ferry for a DJ masterclass, and the best of those joins him on the road in 2012.
To launch the competition – and to celebrate those 20 years of music – Ferry teamed up with fellow Dutch DJ Sander Van Doorn for a special party at the ADE, taking over Amsterdam’s Escape for the night for a back-to-back set. And when those nice people at Olmeca offered EQTV the chance to sample the delights of the Dutch capital – and the tequila – we packed our cameras and jetted off for a one-to-one with Ferry to find out more, and to catch him in action behind the decks…
Not only that, Olmeca also gave us two limited edition Ferry Corsten-designed bottles of tequila to give away. For your chance to win one of those bottles, just answer the simple question below via our contact form by November 26 and we’ll pick two winners at random. You must be over 18 to enter.
